Vesting Vastgoed can provide you of a free and non-binding specified calculation. You can contact us for an objective mortgage recommendation. Our independent intermediate can give you advise, without any engagement, regarding the many financial possibilities of numerous mortgage holders. We will provide you of a tailored calculation.

Intake

When your mortgage possibilities are known, we can proceed to the next step. In order to be the best real estate agent for you Vesting Vastgoed first will have to map out your personal wishes. This is done during a (personal) orientating meeting where your search profile will be completed. Based on this information we will be able to make a selection of suitable accommodations for you.

Viewings and negotiations

After having selected the most suitable accommodations for you we will also assist you during the viewings. If interested in an accommodation we will check all relevant information and administrative documents of the accommodation such as proof of ownership and will negotiate for the lowest price possible. As Vesting Vastgoed is not emotionally attached we are able to provide you an objective value of the property as well as advice. We are able take care of what you don’t see.

Purchasing

Are the negotiations done and is there a deal? Vesting Vastgoed will advise you in the choice of a notary, appraiser and mortgage giver. We also go through all the legal contracts with you. Our expertise will make it possible for you to save money during the process.

Costs

Vesting Vastgoed will guide you through the whole process. We charge a fixed amount when we have a successful transaction. Payment takes place at the notary and will be settled by the notary.
